Our Statement

Please read the relevant terms of the company carefully:

1. All products provided by Suntop are 100% be new and unused, in the manufacturer's original packaging, and are subject to a 365 days fit, form and function guarantee.

2. Suntop warrants that at the time of delivery, products will conform to the specifications stated by the manufacturer in its published data sheet for the Products.

3. All warranty services for non-conformance to manufacturer’s specifications are valid for up to 1 year (12 months) after delivery acceptance of the products and covers normal use only.

4. Once PI is confirmed, the order cannot be cancelled for any reason, otherwise the buyer needs to pay 30% of the order amount as the supplier's replenishment fee.

5. The buyer shall complete the payment in accordance with the payment date agreed upon in the payment terms.

6. The buyer shall provide the supplier with a formal test report when reporting a part fault.The supplier will not pay the test fee unless the two parties agree before the order is placed.

7. The exact number of returned parts shall be given to the supplier prior to shipment.The amount of refund or replenishment will be based on the final number received by the supplier.

8. When the parts are identified as having quality problems, supplier will pay The supplier will only pay the shipping out freight (not returning goods) by our transportation account.
